This machine is also named rubber banbury mixer is mainly used in rubber mixing and plastic refining.
Product description
Rubber internal mixer is mainly composed of mixing chamber, rotor, rotor seal device, feeding press device, unloading device, transmission device and machine base.
When the internal mixer works, the two rotors rotate relatively to each other, and the material from the feeding port is clamped into the roll gap by the rotor’s compression and shear. Materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure, controllable temperature, which makes high production efficiency and obtains excellent stale quality. After material mixing well, the mixed material will drop down from bottom gate of mixer.
Product features
1.Different type of rotors can satisfy the mixing technical requirement.
2.Rotor chamber, discharge door and ram are circulation-cooled. With temperature control unit, it can guarantee the quality of mixed rubber compound.
3.Rotors, mixing chamber, and other parts which contact with the material are overlayed with wear-resistant alloy.
4.Pneumatic or hydraulic type top mounted ram is optional.
5.The floating weight is falling type, driven by gear and hydraulic oil tank with good sealing performance.
6.Various driving system matches the customers' requirement.
7.The advanced PLC control technology and the intelligent display terminal are used for the control system.
8.Maintenance friendly and long-life service.
